1. DATA PRINCIPAL CONSENT & RIGHTS
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you are the Data Principal and DukanDost is the Data Fiduciary. By using our website or signing up for our services, you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to process your personal data for the purposes described herein.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, ask for correction or deletion of your personal data, seek a summary of personal data processed, and nominate a representative in the event of death or incapacity.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Full name, Email address, Phone number, Business/Shop name, Shop address.
- Financial Information: Billing details, subscription payment states, and transaction histories processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store complete card details or PINs on our servers).
- Technical Data: IP Address, browser type, device information, and cookies to improve local search and platform delivery.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data strictly for:
- Providing our online store builder platform and catalog management.
- Processing monthly subscription fees via Razorpay.
- Verifying your account details via Email and OTP (One-Time Password).
- Enabling local buyer search mapping (e.g., matching buyers with shops in states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, etc.).
- Complying with statutory tax mandates, GST invoicing, and financial audits.
4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We store data on secure cloud instances using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the service terms or as mandated under Indian tax and IT guidelines.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dukandost.in and the DukanDost platform/services. By registering an account, you agree to comply with these terms under the provisions of the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000.
1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally valid sole proprietorship, partnership, LLPs, or corporate entity registered under Indian laws to sign up for DukanDost. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted business records, GSTIN (optional), and contact info.
2. SUBSCRIPTION FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
- All subscription billing is managed monthly. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
- You agree to pay the standard monthly charges (e.g., ₹999 for Starter, ₹2,499 for Growth, or ₹5,999 for Enterprise) along with applicable taxes (GST at 18%).
- Setup fees are billed separately depending on custom requirements.
3. PROHIBITED SHOP CONTENT & ACTIVITIES
As a store creator, you agree not to list, sell, or advertise any items prohibited under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), IT Act, or Drugs and Cosmetics Act, including but not limited to:
- Weapons, explosives, or illegal substances.
- Counterfeit or pirated goods violating third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
- Harmful, obscene, harassing, or defaming content.
DukanDost reserves the right to terminate stores immediately if any violations are reported.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DukanDost provides SaaS web-building tools and acts as a technology platform. We are not liable for direct transactions, product quality disputes, or deliveries between you (the merchant) and your end-customers. All merchant disputes must be settled directly between parties.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At DukanDost, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Razorpay merchant requirements.
1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your DukanDost Account Portal. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automatic renewals will occur.
2. REFUND POLICY
- Setup Fees: The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once development, domain purchase, or catalog building has commenced.
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied with our platform, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days are not eligible.
- Renewal Payments: Automatic monthly renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
3. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) via Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
